A property valuation is in essence the appraisal of the legal and physical characteristics of the property. In order to precisely identify and locate the property and its legal characteristics, the client must provide us with the land registry details of the property such as: (a) the Title Deed, (b) Land Registry Office (LRO) Search, and (c) published Land Registry details.

Furthermore, when a property valuation is instructed, it is important to clarify the purpose of the valuation and its scope. The cost of the valuation is dependent upon this scope since different tasks require longer preparation/presentation and in certain cases, involvement and collaboration with third party entities.

Once the client has accepted the quote for our services, GoValue will execute the initial physical property inspection. If the property is a building, a suitable and convenient appointment will be made for an internal inspection. If the valuation requires only an external inspection, the valuation will be made by analogous reservations.

The valuation report takes approximately five (5) working days to be prepared, audited and completed ready for the client.

The final property valuation will be delivered to the client via email and/or in person with one of our experienced executives. We are always happy to offer a free presentation of the valuation report and therefore also answer any further questions. The client is also entitled to a hard copy of the valuation report, if required. Any additional costs incurred during the delivery of the valuation report are to be covered by the client. GoValue cannot take any responsibility for any delay or loss in the shipping process.

Finally, please note that the delivery and/or presentation of the property valuation can only be made upon receipt of full payment.
